It takes 21 days to form a habit. So let's work hard and have fun as we make small (or big) adjustments to improve our fitness and nutrition. Remember to love yourself, forgive yourself and celebrate every success. We are striving for progress not perfection.
It is important to have a big reason why you want what you want. The newness of the program will fade away, you will get busy, you might want to quit. You must dig deep and remember why you started. Take the time to write your goals down. Say them out loud. And come back to them again and again. You can do this. I believe in you.
